How to Astral Project: Phase 1 – Preparing Your Body
The process of astral projection can typically take years to develop. Discovering the world of astral projection at a later stage in life may leave you feeling left behind. I will be demonstrating a method that I personally use every day to astral project. All you need is a clear mind and a serene environment.
Even for the novice, this method will work for you. Only until recently has the Christ Consciousness Awakening been spreading exponentially. With the awakening of more and more beings knowledge and information on the Collective Consciousness and Higher Dimensional Planes is in higher demand. It has been difficult for the internet to keep up with such a demand and I hope that this lesson on How to Astral Project brings everyone together in a movement that is a part of human evolution.
First and foremost, I would like to say that the method that I am about to explain is what has worked for me and others I have taught. I am a firm believer that every being is different and there may be a small group of you who find my method to be ineffective. For those of you who may not find my method successful, I apologize in advance and want you to know that astral projection is something that every human being is capable of and that you should not give up on your quest to astral project if you do not find success here.

Phase 1: How to Astral Project
Before we can astral project, it is best to clear the mind of as much clutter as possible. For this, I would recommend doing aerobic exercise for at least 10 minutes. I call this Phase 1. I know there are a lot of you out there that have been instantly turned off by this suggestion but, I do hope you at least try my method just once to see for yourself. Believe it or not, aerobic exercise primes your mind for intellectual activities. It allows your brain to regenerate neurons while opening up your respiratory system for maximum oxygen flow. As the endorphins are released into your bloodstream, a feeling of relaxation should begin to overtake you. This is often times referred to as “Runner’s High” Once you’ve achieved a “Runner’s High”, you will be ready for the next step in preparing yourself for astral projection. For those of you who are addicted to that “Runner’s High” and find it difficult to stop running, I would recommend a maximum of about 40 minutes of aerobic exercise. Anything past 40 minutes starts to wear away at your mind as it finds it more and more challenging to maintain a sense of well being during such vigorous activity. Again, everyone is different so, please, listen to your own mind and body. You know your mind and body better than anyone else.
As with any exercise, please consult with a physician if you feel that your health may not be adept for aerobic exercise. For those of you who cannot engage in moderate exercise, a simple walk around the block can also clear your mind. I have found that moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise has resulted in more vivid astral projection experiences.
